Are you ready foran exciting, challenging and high-profile role that will be pivotal in developing our pupils’ education, in the UK’s top girls' full boarding school?

We are seeking an exceptional and professional individual to take on the role of Director of Teaching and Learning who will be responsible for leading and developing excellent practice in teaching throughout the School, and for promoting innovation in learning at Wycombe Abbey. The postholder will play a key part in academic discussions and will devise and actively implement initiatives which reflect the priorities of the School’s published strategic plan.

The Director of Teaching and Learning sits on our Wider School Leadership Team and will teach a significantly reduced timetable to reflect the seniority of the role.

Wycombe Abbey is a world class full boarding school for girls,located on a beautiful site in the centre of High Wycombe.With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for 650 pupils aged 11-18.
