CFO Insights in London is seeking a Director of Talent Development to steer learning strategy across the organization. This in-person role is based at our HQ near Victoria Station, offering a high-visibility opportunity to shape growth and the talent pipeline.

You will design development programs, lead a growing team, partner with the CEO and senior leaders, and drive impactful, measurable outcomes while travelling to our conferences overseas.

Formación

• Must have UK work permit.
• Ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team.
• Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
• Well-organised with strong prioritisation and execution skills.

What we expect from you

We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement.

Monday – Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
