Job summary

CFO Insights is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead our marketing function from our London HQ. You will drive growth initiatives with direct oversight of the marketing team, reporting to the CEO and founders, and ensuring our strategies translate into tangible business results.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and craft long-term strategic plans.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around:

• Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations and evaluate team performance regularly. Recruiter and onboard your team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management:Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, website etc.
• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
