SGN seeks a Director of Strategy to shape and drive SGN's corporate strategy, ensuring decisions are informed by insight, customer understanding, market intelligence and sustainability priorities.

You will lead strategic planning, investment prioritization, and horizon-scanning, embedding governance and aligning teams to deliver on the energy transition and long-term growth.

Formación

• Leadership at executive level required.
• Proven skills in strategic planning and investment prioritization.
• Experience with horizon-scanning, market intelligence and sustainability.

Accountable for shaping and delivering SGN's overall corporate strategy, ensuring alignment between insight, market dynamics and long-term organisationalobjectives.

Leads the development of robust, evidence-based strategic plans, integrating market intelligence, customer understanding, and external trends to inform business planning and investment decisions.

Provides enterprise-wide strategic leadership, ensuring strategic priorities are clearly articulated, understood and embedded across the organisation.

Oversees strategic insight and horizon-scanning activity, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and industry developments that could impact SGN's future direction.

Leads the sustainability agenda, ensuring environmental and social priorities are appropriately reflected within corporate strategy and organisational decision-making.

Provides senior leadership across teams, ensuring alignment, capability and performance to deliver strategic priorities and support organisational success.
