Hours: Full time

Salary: £49,668 - £55,227 pa

If you are an ambitious sportsperson looking to develop your leadership experience, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the sporting life of a prestigious independent school with outstanding facilities and a strong sporting culture.

As Director of Sport, you will lead the Sport Faculty and inspire and manage a team of teachers, coaches, and support staff to deliver an ambitious, inclusive PE and sport programme, shaping the sporting life across the school.

You will oversee everything from curriculum planning to fixtures, trips, and elite coaching, from Reception to Sixth Form, promoting excellence, championing high performance and ensuring all students thrive in sport and physical activity.

Leading by example, you will deliver high-quality teaching in PE and Games with creativity and purpose, supporting pupils academically and practically across KS3 to KS5.

You will also collaborate on whole-school strategy – contributing to pastoral care, wellbeing initiatives, and school leadership as part of the extended senior team.
