Job summary

numi is seeking a Director of Software Engineering in London (Hybrid) to lead a team of over 80 engineers. This role requires proven leadership in managing large engineering teams, technical credibility in modern architectures including AWS, and strategic problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams and manage senior stakeholders, ensuring high performance within a regulated environment. This is a permanent position with a blend of remote and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and scaling large software engineering teams.
• Real-world experience with modern architectures, specifically AWS.
• Strong understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends.

Responsibilities
