• Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class Engineering team.

What you will need

• At least 5 years of experience in a Software management role
• Managed a team of 15 or more engineers
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Willingness to explore multiple solutions and experiment to validate approaches
• Strong background in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C#, or C++
• Creative, investigative, innovative, insightful, and capable of making technical leaps to find novel solutions
