Qualifikationen

• Advanced healthcare-related degree required with extensive pharmacovigilance/drug safety experience.
• Minimum 3 years in full-time pharmacovigilance signal detection.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical/patient-care experience.
• In-depth understanding of signal detection systems and methodologies.
• Understanding of global health authority regulations surrounding adverse events.
• Ability to present complex data concisely and lead projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead signal detection activities and assess new safety signals and trends for complex products.
• Lead signal validation discussions with Global Safety Strategy & Risk Management and stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality reviews and summary analyses of safety data.
• Communicate findings to Medical Safety Officers and SMTs with recommendations.
• Provide guidance to physicians and scientists in developing surveillance plans.
• Mentor and support the Signal Detection Scientist and SMG team; lead best practices.
