Job summary

Chichester College Group seeks a Director of SEND and Additional Learning Support to lead inclusive provision across its colleges and to drive strategic alignment with SEND reform, embedding universal learning design and ensuring statutory compliance.

The role requires extensive FE SEND experience, strong leadership across multi-site teams, and a proven track record of closing attainment gaps for learners with additional needs.

• Extensive SEND experience within Further Education.
• A detailed understanding of SEND reform.
• Experience of working across multiple sites and managing SEND teams to deliver exceptional support.
• A proven track record of reducing achievement gaps for learners with additional needs.

As our Director of SEND and Additional Learning Support, you will:

• Deliver outstanding additional learning support to all students.


• Ensure a cohesive and embedded approach at all CCG colleges to inclusivity .


• Develop provision in line with SEND reform and maximise the impact on learners.


• Ensure the Group meets the requirement of the SEND code of practice and statutory obligations.
