Director of Sales & Marketing - Hotel Group

Job Title: Director of Sales – Branded Hotel Group – West of London

Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus

Location: West of London

I am currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Director to join this branded hotel west of London. My client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the industry. As Director, you will drive sales and marketing strategy and grow new business for the property. We are looking for someone who has experience with trade shows, business development, and a passion for sales.

About the Position:

• Identify & grow new business for the hotel
• Develop strategic long-term customer relationships
• Organise and carry out in-market sales tours
• Manage the corporate accounts
• Act as the market segment specialist
• Develop marketing materials from online to brochures
• Work closely with the General Manager

The Successful Candidate:

• Previous experience in senior sales within hotels
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
• Ability to make effective commercial decisions
• Marketing experience
• A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
• Ability to develop and manage relationships
• Strong communication and administrative skills
