Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong experience or background as Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales and ready to take the next step.
  • Understanding of marketing and e-commerce strategies to further enhance the profile of the hotel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel market, MICE, agencies & Social media & PR campaign.
  • Ability to drive new initiatives and campaigns in line with brand standard to maximize revenue potential.
  • Confident and inspiring to lead and develop the team to ensure the best possible results.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Efficient in using Microsoft office and systems related to online platforms.
