£45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales, PR, and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Crafting compelling social media content and managing online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Building strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives.
  • Conducting market analysis, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Managing advertising, promotional activities, and annual marketing budgets.
  • Mentoring and empowering sales, reservations, and business development teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating on pricing, revenue management, and forecasting with hotel leadership.
Qualifications

Proven track record in hospitality sales and marketing at a leadership level, with expertise in social media, PR, and market analysis. A creative vision and strong analytical skills are essential!

  • Strong experience or background as Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales and ready to take the next step.
  • Understanding of marketing and e-commerce strategies to further enhance the profile of the hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel market, MICE, agencies & Social media & PR campaign
  • Ability to drive new initiatives and campaigns in line with brand standard to maximize revenue potential
  • Confident and inspiring to lead and develop the team to ensure the best possible results
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
