What You’ll Be Doing as our Director of Sales & Marketing

As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success. You’ll be leading the Sales team and Head of Marketing, crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand, boost revenue, and create unforgettable guest experiences.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with hotel goals.
  • Team Development: Coach and empower your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive measurable increases in occupancy, average rates, and event sales.
  • Brand Building: Lead marketing campaigns and represent the hotel at key industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Market Insight: Analyse trends, forecast performance, and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
  • Responsible Business: Champion sustainable practices and community engagement.
To succeed as a Director of Sales & Marketing, you will need
  • A proven track record in hospitality sales and marketing (5+ years) including the development and execution of tactical sales programs (business plans) and marketing strategies supporting business growth.
  • Strategic mindset with creative flair.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of market segments and channel strategies.

Commercial acumen and analytical ability. Demonstrated ability to interpret hotel performance data from multiple sources across a large market, identify trends, and create strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Excellent communication and networking skills.
