Overview

Montcalm is
seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to lead the commercial vision
and sales performance across a distinctive cluster of luxury properties in East
London. With two hotels proudly part of (or soon joining) Marriott’s
prestigious Autograph Collection, this role demands a seasoned sales leader
with deep brand insight, strong alignment with Marriott standards, and a
proactive drive in corporate and MICE segments. The ideal candidate will be
instrumental in cultivating business from key sectors including finance,
technology, legal, and the creative industries, while elevating Montcalm’s
presence as a refined and forward-thinking hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

·
Develop
and execute a tailored commercial sales strategy across the City (East)
cluster, with a strong focus on corporate, MICE, and (GDS) agency-driven
business



·
Lead,
motivate, and support the sales team to meet revenue targets and account growth
goals



·
Build
and maintain key relationships with corporates, TMCs, event planners, and
global distribution partners



·
Collaborate
with Revenue, Marketing, and Hotel Operations to align commercial activity with
brand positioning and profitability targets



·
Activate
and leverage Marriott Autograph Collection tools, systems, and distribution
networks to drive qualified demand



·
Represent the City (East) cluster at industry
events, trade shows, Marriott showcases, and internal commercial activations



·
Play
a central role in the repositioning and relaunch strategies for Montcalm Royal
London House and The Brewery



·
Deliver
regular sales reporting, market insights, and strategic recommendations to
support commercial leadership

Key Attributes:

Proven
track record in senior hotel sales leadership, ideally within lifestyle,
branded, or multi-property contexts

Strong commercial understanding of the City of
London and East London markets

·
Experienced
in leading high-performing teams and developing sales strategies that align
with brand values and business goals

Familiarity
with Marriott systems, brand standards, and global account management processes
preferred

Relationship-driven
and confident in engaging with corporate stakeholders, industry bodies, and
