Job description

Working exclusively with our client, a leading luxury travel company, is entering an exciting phase of global expansion and seeking a visionary Director of Sales and Operations to lead this ambitious growth strategy.

This is not a conventional senior luxury travel role. You'll be taking the reins of one of the most exciting and ambitious luxury travel businesses in the industry, working directly with the founders to drive both strategic direction and commercial execution across Europe and the US.

You will lead and manage a dynamic, highly motivated management team while taking full responsibility for team performance, communication flows, and efficient task delegation. Working closely with product teams on strategic development and innovation, you'll effectively communicate new product innovations and experiences to prospective clients.

Your role will involve driving sales performance and revenue growth in key global markets while spearheading expansion across Europe and US markets and developing specialist DMC operations in emerging markets. You'll oversee all travel operations to ensure seamless delivery and play a key role in company-wide strategy and long-term planning.

A crucial aspect of the position involves identifying, engaging and securing repeat UHNW/HNW clients through relationship-driven business development while maintaining exceptional standards across client experience and supplier management processes.
