The Requirements
  • An experienced, proactive Director of Sales with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Proactively drive new meetings and events business into two hotels
  • Manage and develop new and existing accounts
  • Follow up sales leads, attend events, and present the group of hotels to prospective clients
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maximise revenue and sales opportunities to increase business
  • Represent the hotels during client show-rounds, FAM trips, trade shows, and exhibitions
The Job Role
  • Proactively source new business in key areas, specialising in conference and events sales
  • Manage existing client accounts and develop new ones to drive revenue
  • Conduct client show rounds and attend on- and off-site appointments
  • Maximise revenue and sales across all business streams
  • Showcase both hotels to build connections
  • Achieve sales targets while managing key accounts
  • This role will require local and national travel
