We are currently looking for a passionate Director of Corporate & Leisure Sales, to join our Sales and Marketing Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Director of Corporate & Leisure Sales, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To develop a twelve-month sales action plan and review it on a monthly basis with the Director of Sales and Marketing. This plan should incorporate any Group (The Landmark London) activities as appropriate.
  • To achieve and maintain goals and activities as per the sales action plans for the sales team and personally.
  • To develop strategies based on business needs and requirements and ensure these strategies are implemented. Manage the Corporate & Leisure Markets and drive maximum fair market share to ensure maximum yield in line with hotel budget.
  • To be fully aware of the business travel and leisure travel market segments and have a complete understanding of their requirements, including awareness of major companies, corporate & leisure travel agents, and tour operators.
  • Conduct all necessary proactive sales activity, including client entertaining, site inspections, fam trips (both daytime and evening), national & international sales activity, sales trips, sales conferences, and attendance at industry associations to achieve sales goals.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfill your duties and in any event not less than the standard hours.
