The Job Role

  • The experienced Director of Sales will drive and sell all market segments for the hotel, with a focus on corporate business
  • This role will be reporting into the hotel General Manager
  • Identify opportunities for new local corporate business through research, cold calling and networking events etc
  • The Director of Sales will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions

The Requirements

  • The Director of Sales will have previous experience and proven success in a proactive sales role
  • Solid track record of securing new business within the MICE & corporate sectors
  • Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
  • Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiating rates to secure new business at all times
