Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Legal, Digital & IT, HR & Organisational Development, Democratic Services, Internal Audit, Risk & Assurance, Governance, Performance, Transformation, Customer Experience, Procurement, Revenues & Benefits.
• Drive transformation and build organisational capability across the Council to deliver better outcomes for residents.
• Shape organisational strategy, strengthen financial and corporate resilience, and accelerate digital innovation.
• Act as a principal strategic adviser to the Chief Executive, collaborating across the Executive Management Team.
• Develop credible relationships with elected members, partners and staff, leading through collaboration.
