Dartmoor National Park Authority is seeking a Director of Resources to join the Senior Leadership Team and shape the organisation's financial and corporate services. This role oversees finance, people, IT, property and governance, aligning resources with the authority’s Vision for Dartmoor and Local Plan.

Qualifications

Experience as a senior leader managing complex organisations and leading change.
Background from commercial or charitable sectors with strong leadership and people development.
Strong financial stewardship, governance and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across corporate resources including finance, people, IT and governance.
Strengthen financial resilience through innovative income generation and asset management.
Lead the development of corporate services, digital capability and organisational culture.
