Job summary

Northreach seeks a Director of Recoveries to lead our distressed asset strategy within the UK Real Estate Finance portfolio. You will design governance for non-performing exposures, guide recovery efforts, and drive stakeholder engagement to protect value.

In this senior role, you will oversee high-risk cases, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic recommendations to executives to minimise losses while returning assets to performing status.

Qualifications

• Extensive credit underwriting experience in the UK Real Estate Finance sector.
• Proven expertise in managing distressed or non-performing assets, with knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior stakeholders concisely.
• Proficiency in developing strategic frameworks to support distressed debt activities.
