A fast-growing tech organisation in Riyadh is seeking an accomplished Director of Quality Assurance to lead its QA function and drive product excellence across a portfolio of complex digital solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role is part of the senior technology leadership team, playing a strategic role in ensuring product reliability, security, and performance at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a forward-looking QA strategy aligned with technical and business goals.
  • Establish high standards for product quality across web, mobile, and backend services.
  • Lead and scale a results-driven QA organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Build and refine test planning, case development, defect management, and QA documentation practices.
  • Champion traceability, reproducibility, and process maturity across the QA lifecycle.
  • Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for end-to-end, regression, and integration testing.
