We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our leadership team asDirector of Quality. In this pivotal role, you will drive quality assurance and enhancement across all aspects of the College’s academic and professional services provision. You will lead our dedicated Quality and Complaints team, ensure compliance with regulatory and awarding body requirements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will ensure that every student benefits from a consistent, high-quality learning experience - whether on campus or online.
As Director of Quality, you will:
You will play a key role in preparing for Tertiary Quality Enhancement Review (TQER) and the College’s future ambitions.
We are looking for a proven leader who brings:
You will hold a degree-level qualification (SCQF Level 9 or equivalent) and will ideally have a postgraduate qualification (SCQF Level 11). Evidence of continuing professional development is essential.
