Allerton Bishop Search is proud to be retained to support the appointment of a Director of Quality in the United Kingdom. As the Director of Quality, you will oversee and lead a senior quality assurance management team whilst ensuring GxP compliance.

Your responsibilities as Director of Quality will be:

1. Lead and manage all quality activities for GMP compliance.
2. Manage, develop, and coach a team of Quality Assurance management.
3. Work cross-functionally with functional leaders to drive a quality culture throughout the business.
4. Lead UK and European health authority relationships.
5. Drive continuous improvement of business processes and systems to enhance long-term infrastructure and digitalisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

1. Industry experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
2. Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, especially GMP and GDP requirements.
3. Experience in multi-site or external manufacturing is highly desirable.
