We are looking to appoint Director of Psychology who will bring an energetic and ambitious approach to this area of our work and support the development of the Collegiate. The person specification identifies the experience, skills and attributes we are seeking, but in short we are looking for: an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to develop teaching and learning within the Psychology Department and across the Collegiate, a confident role model with the ability to motivate and influence, an individual with strategic and emotional intelligence and an ambitious leader.
