Medpace is seeking an office-based Director of Proposals to join our Clinical Operations team in London. The role collaborates with medical experts and senior managers to develop the operational strategy for new business opportunities, including direct management of the proposal team.

You will mentor proposal writers, review RFPs, and participate in client meetings to craft compelling, compliant proposals and maintain best-in-class processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management/clinical trial management experience in clinical research.
• CRO experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, writing and problem solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management and GCP guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and lead Proposal Writers in creating strategic proposals and exhibits.
• Review RFPs, manage capacity and deadlines with Business Development Executives.
• Participate in pre-RFP client meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design effective proposals with Business Development, Medical and Operational teams.
• Contribute strategic operational content to proposals and enhance tools and processes.
• Interact with Sponsors and represent the company in outside settings.
