MARK/BTO is one of MARK's pillars, combining transversal and business line dedicated functions.
Its main responsibilities include steering the business development of MARK activities, driving their transformation, and overseeing operational chains, financials, and risks.
The role involves leading and supporting transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects for the Global Markets Division, which the position reports to.
Projects may impact Trading, Sales, or Engineering teams and typically involve front office sponsorship, covering team organization, new process implementation, opportunity studies, program direction, and information systems change aligned with global strategy.
The candidate will maintain constant communication with the Front office, support functions, and control functions such as GBSU, RISQ, DFIN, CPLE, SEGL, DGLE.
