  • Produce business cases, strategic papers and investment proposals.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across client organisations, project teams and delivery partners.
  • Monitor programme performance, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support organisational change initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops and programme updates to senior leadership teams.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with wider strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Support resource planning, scheduling and programme assurance activities.
  • Promote best practice programme management methodologies and PMO standards.
About You

We’re keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in Programme Management, PMO, Capital Projects or Strategic Project Delivery.
  • A background within the built environment, construction, healthcare, education, infrastructure or property sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The confidence to challenge, influence and engage senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of programme management frameworks and governance processes.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • PRINCE2, MSP, APM or PMP qualifications would be advantageous.
Why Join?
  • Join one of the UK’s leading independent property and construction consultancies.
  • Work on complex, meaningful projects that positively impact communities.
  • Enjoy a flexible and hybrid working environment.
  • Access clear career progression opportunities within a growing national team.
  • Be part of a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and professional development.
  • Competitive salary and an excellent benefits package including pension, healthcare and wellbeing initiatives.
