Macdonald & Company are retained by a market-leading investor, manager and developer to appoint a new Director of Project Delivery for their data centre portfolio. This is a newly created role advising on technically complex developments across the UK, working with an in-house Development, Investment and Asset Management team.

The successful candidate will bring proven client-side or consultancy experience delivering large-scale data centre projects, with a strong background in procurement,

Qualifications

• Proven client-side or consultancy experience delivering large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong background in project delivery, procurement, design management and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing major projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• MRICS, MICE or equivalent professional qualification.
