Job Description:

Salt are working with a leading communications platform as a service provider shaping Enterprise voice and messaging solutions to operators across the Globe.

They’re looking for an experienced Product Leader to own the strategic direction of their platform product, empowering customers to keep pace with industry evolution and enterprise demands through dynamic and automated price list management, rating, least cost routing (LCR), billing and settlement processes and fraud using world-class risk and event identification powered by AI.

As Product Director, you’ll represent the product internationally, leading and growing the product team and move the platform forwards in order to solve their customers biggest pain points. You’ll drive the vision and strategy for the product, ensuring a laser focus on customer problems whilst driving the teams build velocity forwards, aligning on the wider company goals and ambitions.

The role would suit an experienced Product Leader as well as someone looking to step into a more senior role, they have an open mind, provided you’re excited about the prospect of having a commercial impact.

Here are a few requirements for the role:

• Experience in the wholesale and/or enterprise messaging space (SMS A2P, RCS/RBM)
• Telecom experience including rating, billing, fraud management, roaming, clearing, virtual number management, and CPaaS would be a plus.
• A Technical Background
• 8+ years Product Management experience
• Willingness to travel extensively, engage, learn, leverage your past to intelligently evolve the future

The role is fully remote in the UK, Ireland, Spain or Portugal with the team distributed in these locations alongside India.

There is a four stage Interview process involving a meet and greet with the SVP, a case study panel interview and a culture interview with their Director for R&D and HR Director.
