We are seeking a Director of Product for a leading client based in London. The role involves leading the client's digital product strategy and execution, with a focus on creating innovative solutions to enhance patient experiences and support healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Translating business goals into digital products.
2. Leading product management teams.
3. Setting industry standards.
4. Collaborating with engineering, data science, and AI teams to leverage technical capabilities and gain a competitive edge.
5. Developing and executing the digital product strategy aligned with business objectives and the technology roadmap.

• Extensive experience in product management, including leadership roles.
• Proven success in bringing digital products from concept to market.
• Proficiency in managing product teams and implementing product development methodologies.
• Strong user-centered design and customer experience principles.
• Experience with agile development and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business strategy into product roadmaps.
• Analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Experience working with technical teams on complex digital solutions.
• Ability to identify opportunities for technology-driven business models and revenue streams.
• Experience integrating patient-facing and internal operational systems.
• Developing digital engagement strategies across the patient journey.
• Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare digital transformation trends and technologies.
• Experience with SaaS and multi-platform product development.
• Background in mobile app development and web-based solutions.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
