Job Description:

The Director of Portfolio Management will lead a team that develops strategies to embed a Portfolio Management mindset and drive long-term business success. Responsibilities include overseeing programme delivery processes, developing stakeholder communication and reporting, ensuring strong governance and milestone tracking, collaborating across teams, managing risks, developing tools and systems, leading a high-performing team, supporting change leadership, and maintaining oversight of programme portfolios.

Qualifications:

We are not looking for specific qualifications but require experience in creating and leading portfolio, programme, or project management functions within complex organizations, with a strong background in governance, risk management, benefits realization, and stakeholder engagement. Leadership experience in diverse sectors is essential.
