Corecom Consulting is seeking a Director of Platform Operations to own SRE and security across a multi-product SaaS platform. This remote, director-level role focuses on aligning reliability, security and developer experience across all product lines while enabling engineers to ship with confidence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SRE and security for SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record delivering reliability metrics (SLA/SLO/MTTR) at scale.
• Experience managing managers and multi-team programs.
• Strong governance and security framework knowledge (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and outcomes for SRE and security across all product lines.
• Define incident management and reporting across the product suite.
• Embed security into engineering workflows with automated scanning and secure-by-default patterns.
• Lead build-it-run-it model and enable product teams to own production.
• Deliver CI/CD improvements and self-service tooling for engineers.
• Support acquired businesses with security and DevEx practices across the estate.
• Explore AI applications in operational workflows.
