At Monster Energy, we don’t just sell drinks – we live bold, think big, and operate with intensity. As Director of Planning & Supply, you’ll oversee demand planning, supply chain strategy, and the S&OP process across approximately 50% of our fast-growing EMEA business.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, manage complex, multi-site operations, and deliver supply chain excellence quickly. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and commercial success across a diverse region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead demand, supply, and S&OP planning for 50% of EMEA volume
• Develop and implement a 3-year strategic roadmap to support business growth
• Coach and develop a team of 6–9 direct reports
• Maintain near-100% stock availability while minimizing waste and costs
• Collaborate with commercial teams, NPD, bottlers, co-packers, and suppliers
• Utilize SAP IBP, Power BI, and Excel for data-driven planning
