Job description

We are seeking an ambitious pharmacy leader to become the Director of Pharmacy at NHS Golden Jubilee. The ideal candidate will be a driven and committed pharmacist with experience in pharmacy leadership roles, eager to lead and develop our team, ensuring safe pharmaceutical care for our patients, and advancing the pharmacy profession.

Our hospital uniquely serves patients from across Scotland, offering regional and national services including:

• Cardiac transplantation and extensive critical care
• One of Europe's largest elective orthopaedic services
• A growing general surgery and endoscopy team
• A large cataract surgery service
• Extensive diagnostics

The Pharmacy team plays a crucial role in delivering safe and effective care across all settings, working as core members of the clinical team. The organisation also includes an active Research Institute and a Hotel and Conference Centre.
