Director of People and Culture - Kingsbridge Private Hospital

This pivotal role is essential in cultivating and leading organisational culture, talent, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private Healthcare Group.

As Kingsbridge continues to grow, the need for strategic leadership in People and Culture becomes increasingly critical. This appointment aims to secure a leader who can influence and shape the organisation's future, beyond just senior HR management.

They have grown significantly, offering healthcare to patients across Ireland, focusing on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation. This is an opportunity to shape the future of private healthcare in Ireland by leading an ambitious people strategy at the executive level.

About the Role

As Director of People & Culture, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About You

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level
  • Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture
  • Expertise in employment law across NI and ROI
  • CIPD qualification

Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related fields, and experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
