MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Kingsbridge Private Hospital, as they seek to appoint a Director of People and Culture. This is a newly created opportunity for the organization, essential for cultivating and leading organizational culture, talent, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private Healthcare Group.

As Kingsbridge continues to grow, the need for strategic leadership in People and Culture becomes increasingly critical. This role is about securing a leader who can influence and shape the future of the organization, not just a senior HR professional.

About Kingsbridge Private Hospital

Part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, established in 2004. They have grown significantly, offering healthcare across Ireland with a focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation. This is an opportunity to shape the future of private healthcare in Ireland by leading an ambitious people strategy at an executive level.

About the Role

As Director of People & Culture, you'll be part of the Executive Leadership Team, developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will lead HR, Organizational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About You

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
  • Experience delivering people strategies in large and complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture.
  • Expertise in employment law across NI and ROI.
  • CIPD Qualified.

Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline, and experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.

What You Will Bring

A strategic thinker who excels in hands-on execution, a values-driven leader, effective communicator, commercially astute, adaptable, resilient, and energized by change.

Benefits

Opportunity to lead culture and people strategy at a senior level, collaborative executive team, competitive salary and benefits (including private medical cover and car allowance), and the chance to make a lasting impact on healthcare and staff experience across Ireland.
