As Director of People & Culture, you'll be part of the Executive Leadership Team, developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will lead HR, Organizational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline, and experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
A strategic thinker who excels in hands-on execution, a values-driven leader, effective communicator, commercially astute, adaptable, resilient, and energized by change.
