Director of People and Culture - Kingsbridge Private Hospital

MCS Group is delighted to partner exclusively with Kingsbridge Private Hospital to appoint a Director of People and Culture. This newly created role is vital in shaping organisational culture, talent management, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private healthcare group.

Kingsbridge Private Hospital, part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, is the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, serving patients across Ireland since 2004. The organisation focuses on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation, currently on an ambitious growth journey.

About the Role

As Director of People & Culture, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, developing and implementing a people strategy that promotes growth, a values-led culture, and attracts top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About You

Essential:

  • At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
  • Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
  • Expertise in employment law across NI and ROI.
  • CIPD Qualification.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
