As Director of People & Culture, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Candidates must demonstrate:
Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related disciplines, and a track record supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
You should be a strategic thinker, values-driven leader, confident communicator, commercially astute, adaptable, resilient, and energized by change.
