This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of private healthcare in Ireland by leading an ambitious people strategy at an executive level.
As Director of People & Culture, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related fields, and a track record supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
