Kingsbridge Private Hospital, part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, is the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland. Since 2004, it has expanded from a single outpatient clinic to offering life-changing healthcare across the island of Ireland, focusing on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of private healthcare in Ireland by leading an ambitious people strategy at an executive level.

About the Role

As Director of People & Culture, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About You

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:

• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level
• Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations
• Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture
• Expertise in employment law across NI and ROI
• CIPD qualification

Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related fields, and a track record supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
