Role Overview

As Director of People & Culture, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, promotes a values-led culture, and attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
• Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations.
• Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
• Expertise in employment law in NI and ROI.
• CIPD qualification.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
