This newly created role is pivotal in shaping organisational culture, talent management, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private healthcare group.

About Kingsbridge Private Hospital

Part of the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, serving patients across Ireland since 2004. They focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation, with an ambitious growth plan.

Role Overview

As Director of People & Culture, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, culture, and talent development across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
  • Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
  • Expertise in employment law in NI and ROI.
  • CIPD qualification.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
