Director of People and Culture - Kingsbridge Private Hospital

MCS Group is partnering exclusively with Kingsbridge Private Hospital to appoint a Director of People and Culture. This newly created role is crucial for cultivating organisational culture, talent, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private healthcare group.

About Kingsbridge Private Hospital: As part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, they have grown significantly since 2004, offering life-changing healthcare across Ireland with a focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation.

About the Role:

As Director of People & Culture, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing a people strategy that supports growth, enhances culture, and attracts top talent across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About You:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
  • Proven experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
  • Expertise in employment law in NI and ROI.
  • CIPD qualification is required.

Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline; experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
