Director of People and Culture - Kingsbridge Private Hospital

MCS Group is delighted to partner exclusively with Kingsbridge Private Hospital to appoint a Director of People and Culture. This newly created role is vital in shaping organizational culture, talent management, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private healthcare group.

About Kingsbridge Private Hospital

Part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, established in 2004. They now serve patients nationwide, focusing on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation, on an ambitious growth trajectory.

Role Overview

As Director of People & Culture, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, leading the development and implementation of a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts top talent across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Candidate Requirements

  • Essential:
  • Minimum of 10 years in progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
  • Proven experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture.
  • Expertise in employment law in both NI and ROI.
  • CIPD qualification.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related field.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
