Part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, established in 2004. They now serve patients across Ireland, focusing on clinical excellence, patient experience, and service innovation. This is an opportunity to lead a significant people strategy at an executive level.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a people strategy supporting growth and a values-led culture.
• Oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
• Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations.
• Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
• Expertise in employment law in NI and ROI.
• CIPD qualification.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related field.
• Experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
