Our client is seeking a dynamic Director of People and Organisational Development to lead their People and OD function at their Hammersmith site. Reporting to the Executive Director of People and OD, you will provide operational leadership, drive staff development and champion equality, diversity and inclusion. You will oversee HR operations, lead change management initiatives and develop strategies to foster a high-performance culture, supporting our client’s vision and values.
