A leading Not-For-Profit organisation in London is seeking a Director of People and Culture. This role offers strategic leadership to enhance the HR function, align culture, and implement policies that foster an inclusive and high-performing environment. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic HR team and shape the organisation's future as a top employer.
Morgan Hunt is delighted to be exclusively partnering with an impactful Not-For-Profit organisation based in London to recruit their new Director of People and Culture on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid working arrangement with the expectation to be in their offices 2 days a week.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a member of the Executive Team, building and developing the HR function, shaping an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports the organisation's missions and values. You will lead the HR and Resources Committee, so solid governance knowledge and experience are essential.
As the Director of People and Culture, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR team. You will directly manage, motivate, inspire, and develop a small team of HR professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
