Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational functions, including helpdesk, engineering, installation, and technical support.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximise service revenues and customer retention.
  • Lead resource planning and budget management to support long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Implement automation and data-driven decision-making to optimise operations.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Proven leadership experience in operations management within the technology, managed services, or business solutions sector.
  • Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Track record of driving operational improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
  • Experience managing remote and multi-site teams at a senior level.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Knowledge of contract management, supplier negotiations, and service level agreements.
  • Familiarity with operational management software (ERP, CRM) and process improvement methodologies (Prince2, Lean, Six Sigma).
