Operations Director

We’re partnering with an innovative, purpose-led business to find an Operations Director who’s ready to take the lead in building and scaling something truly transformational.

This is a unique opportunity to own the operational engine of a high-growth business from the ground up designing systems, leading rollout, and setting up for national (and global) expansion.

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s build, innovate, grow, repeat.

As Operations Director, you’ll:

Launch operations in new UK and international markets

Design scalable systems across logistics, recruitment, onboarding, payments, and more

Lead day-to-day execution of a fast-paced rollout plan

Recruit, lead, and develop a growing operations team

Collaborate closely with product, mental health, and barbering leads to align operations with vision

Build performance dashboards and track key metrics to drive data-led decisions

Support investor readiness by showing operational traction and scalability

Prepare the business for future international expansion
