We’re partnering with an innovative, purpose-led business to find an Operations Director who’s ready to take the lead in building and scaling something truly transformational.

This is a unique opportunity to own the operational engine of a high-growth business from the ground up, designing systems, leading rollout, and setting up for national and global expansion.

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s about building, innovating, growing, and repeating.

Responsibilities include:

• Launching operations in new UK and international markets
• Designing scalable systems across logistics, recruitment, onboarding, payments, and more
• Leading day-to-day execution of a fast-paced rollout plan
• Recruiting, leading, and developing a growing operations team
• Collaborating with product, mental health, and barbering leads to align operations with vision
• Building performance dashboards and tracking key metrics for data-driven decisions
• Supporting investor readiness by demonstrating operational traction and scalability
• Preparing the business for future international expansion
